This policy explains what information Cape Coral Backup Power (“we,” “us”) collects when you use capecoralbackuppower.com or call us, how we use it, and who we share it with.
Who we are
Cape Coral Backup Power is a referral service. We connect homeowners in Cape Coral and Lee County, Florida with independent, licensed contractors who install and service standby generators and home battery backup systems. We do not perform installation work ourselves.

How we use your information
- To respond to your request and contact you about it by phone or email
- To match you with a licensed local contractor who can quote and complete your project

Who we share it with
- Contractors: when you request a quote, we share your contact details and project information with one or more independent, licensed contractors so they can contact you and provide a quote. Once a contractor has your information, their use of it is governed by their own privacy practices.
- Service providers: we use companies that help us run the website, forms, phone system and customer records (for example, web hosting and CRM software). They may only use your information to provide services to us.
- Legal reasons: we may disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights or the safety of others.
We do not sell your information to data brokers or share it with unrelated companies for their own marketing.
